Do you have a special event or birthday coming up? Has it been a long time since all your friends have gathered together? Consider hosting a Creative "Art Doll" Party to celebrate. Create a bottle doll or angel to grace your home or as a special gift for a friend or loved one. Materials for the project are included - you provide the extras (cake, gifts, songs, etc.) Gather together 5 friends and as the hostess, your registration is FREE. Cost for the class is $35 per person. If each person chooses, they can bring special trinkets and jewelry to add extra sparkle to their creations.
Times: 1-1/2 hours Day/Evening or weekends.
Each class is appropriate for ages 12 and up.
Fees: $35 per person, includes materials. Hostess registration
is Free.
Maximum: 15 guests
Minimum: 6 guests (including the hostess)
Deposit: $15 non-refundable deposit is required per guest
at the time of registration in order to reserve the date and time. Balance
due day of
class.

Bottle Wrap Doll Art – A Whimsical, Creative AdventureYou will learn the basics of a bottle wrap doll in this 1 1/2 hour class. The basic technique is easy to learn, but the results are always remarkable and unique to each person. By using scraps of fabric, ribbon, raffia, and lace together with your favorite beads, buttons, jewelry parts or feathers, you will create your own personal work of whimsy and beauty. There are no shoulds or have-to’s in this class – you get to play and experiment to create a beautiful piece of art that is uniquely and perfectly yours. For 1 1/2 hours, come suspend your belief that you are not "artistic," and discover a work of beauty that comes from deep inside yourself. Your completed doll can be further embellished with treasures you bring in from garage sales, thrift stores, or discover in a junk drawer or the back of your closet. At the end, you will have the fun of seeing everyone’s wonderfully unique creation and bringing home your wrap art doll to enjoy! Learning to Fly - Finding Your Guardian AngelCreate a whimsical guardian angel using a variety of textiles. As you create your own angel it will come to life in your hands. These guardian angels will be there to guard your back or make you laugh. You can place these dynamos on your wall or dance from your ceiling, guarding and celebrating your space.
